1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with plp789, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal age required to participate in gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally permitted to gamble online under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Service.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.

If plp789 determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or provided false information during registration, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void all bets, and confiscate any funds in your account balance, including deposits and winnings.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access plp789 gaming services, you must create a player account by providing accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Identity Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address (utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statements or screenshots showing your name and account details). Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify plp789 customer support immediately via live chat or email. plp789 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

plp789 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers from major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank), Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming program. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a period of 7 days. 3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT) are processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required. plp789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, plp789 requires that all deposits be wagered at least one time (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting the minimum wagering requirement may be subject to a 10% processing fee. plp789 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by plp789 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. Bonus terms may include wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn), maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, game exclusions or weightings, expiration dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses carry a 35x wagering requirement (bonus amount multiplied by 35) that must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 35,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

plp789 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as hedging bets across outcomes or games), or any other activity that gives the player an unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

4.4 VIP Rewards

The plp789 VIP program operates on a tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) with advancement based on cumulative wagering volume. VIP tier benefits include increased cashback percentages, higher withdrawal limits, priority customer support, exclusive tournament invitations, and personalized bonus offers. VIP tier status and associated benefits are subject to change at plp789's discretion. VIP benefits may be reduced or removed for players who do not maintain regular activity or who violate these Terms and Conditions.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

5.4 Prohibited Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plp789 platform:

• Use of bots, automated betting scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or access the platform from prohibited jurisdictions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any plp789 software.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity theft, or bonus abuse.

Violation of any prohibited play rule will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the plp789 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting plp789 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against plp789.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

plp789 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms and Conditions on the platform.
